To access and submit your biographical information, you must first create an account on the UoG Biographical Online System. When registering, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, truthful, and up-to-date information.
• Ensure that your contact information is correct and current.
• Keep your account credentials secure and notify the platform administrators immediately if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account.

3. Submission of Information

By submitting your biographical information to the system, you grant the University of Gondar permission to:

• Use, store, and display your submitted information as part of the system.
• Edit or format your data as needed for clarity, consistency, and proper presentation on the platform.
• Share your biographical profile with the public through the system or any associated platforms (unless marked otherwise).
